Do I own the website after it's built?
Yes — all content, images, and design belong to you. Since the site runs on our managed hosting plan, if you ever want to move to your own server, we'll export everything for you. Most clients find the managed plan saves time and money compared to self-hosting.
How long does it take to build my website?
Starter websites take 5–10 business days. Business plan sites take 10–15 days. Pro ecommerce sites take 2–4 weeks depending on the number of products and custom features. We'll give you a clear timeline after your order is confirmed.
What if I want changes after launch?
That's what the monthly care plan is for. Each month you can submit content updates — new pages, text changes, image updates, new products — and we'll handle them as part of your plan. Major redesigns are quoted separately.
Can I pay via bank transfer?
Absolutely. We accept both PayHere (online card/bank) and direct bank transfer. After submitting your order you'll receive an Order Code — transfer the amount and send us the slip with your code via WhatsApp or email.
What domain extensions do you support?
We register .com, .lk, .net, .org, .info and most popular TLDs. If your preferred domain is taken, we'll suggest alternatives. Premium or country-specific domains may have different pricing.
I already have a domain. Can I use it?
Yes. If you have an existing domain registered elsewhere, we can connect it to your new site by updating your DNS settings. We'll guide you through it step by step, or handle it for you if you share your registrar access.
What happens if I stop the monthly plan?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We'll provide a full export of your website files so you can migrate to another host. Your domain registration is always in your name and stays with you.
Do you offer ecommerce / online payments?
Yes — our Pro plan includes a full WooCommerce ecommerce setup with payment gateway integration (PayHere, bank transfer, cash on delivery). We also help you upload your first products and configure shipping.
